III. Fundamental Rules Regarding the Processing of Personal Data

a) Compliance with the law and principles of honesty: ATA MIMARLIK examines the source of the data it collects or receives from other companies, ensuring that it has been obtained in compliance with the law and principles of honesty. In this context, ATA MIMARLIK provides necessary warnings and notifications to third parties (subcontractors and other intermediaries) that sell the services offered by ATA MIMARLIK to ensure the protection of personal data.
b) Accuracy and being up-to-date when necessary: ATA MIMARLIK places importance on ensuring that all data within its organization is accurate, does not contain incorrect information, and is updated whenever changes to personal data are communicated.
c) Processing for specific, explicit, and legitimate purposes: ATA MIMARLIK processes data only within the scope of the purposes for which individuals have given their consent during the provision of services. It does not process, use, or allow the use of data for purposes beyond this.
d) Relevance, limitation, and proportionality to the purpose for which they are processed: ATA MIMARLIK uses data solely within the limits of the purpose for which it is processed and to the extent required by the service.
e) Retention for the period required by relevant legislation or for the purpose for which they are processed: ATA MIMARLIK retains data related to contracts for the duration of the legal dispute resolution periods as stipulated by the law, as well as for the requirements of commercial and tax law. However, when these purposes are no longer valid, the data is deleted or anonymized.
It is important to emphasize that the above-mentioned principles apply whether the data has been collected or processed based on consent or in compliance with the law.
Under Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law, you have the following rights. To facilitate these rights, ATA MIMARLIK has also prepared an application form for your convenience.

Individuals whose personal data is processed may contact the designated representative announced on our website by ATA MIMARLIK and request the following regarding their data:
a) To learn whether their personal data is being processed,
b) To request information if their personal data has been processed,
c) To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,
d) To know the third parties to whom personal data has been transferred domestically or abroad,
e) To request the correction of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed,
f) To request the deletion or destruction of personal data under the conditions stipulated by the law,
g) To request notification of the actions taken under subparagraphs (e) and (f) to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
h) To object to any result that arises against the individual by analyzing processed data exclusively through automated systems,
i) To request compensation if they suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of personal data.
